RedTeam has a simple, easy-to-use interface, so I’m never confused about where to click or how to find what I need.
The buyout commitments module is probably the strongest part of the system, especially compared to other tools on the market. We’ve been able to tailor it to our process and make it work really well.
The other modules also meet expectations. They get the job done, but there’s still room for improvement. That said, we work closely with their support team. While it can sometimes take a little time to fully resolve an issue, they respond quickly in chat, schedule calls when needed, take our feedback seriously, and keep us updated throughout the process.
On pricing, we have a really good deal on the system. Considering how much of our workflow we run through it and the number of jobs we manage, we’ve definitely seen a great ROI. Overall, we enjoy our partnership with RedTeam, and they consistently take feedback into consideration when developing new tools.

There are many areas of the system that require a lot of clicks to get you to the right place. While it's usually easy to understand, it takes a while to get to where you need to.
We also struggle quite often with general performance and our ability to collaborate with external users.
For example, our drawing sets are very large and when uploading them, RedTeam will always freeze, take a long time to load, or just not work at all. This can take up a lot of our time and create a breakdown in our process. From the external user perspective, they aren't able to create a login and view items in their court so they have to find all of the emails that we send them. This makes it difficult for them to find items and respond.
The system does not currently offer any AI functionality compared to most other products on the market. We would like to see how AI can improve our processes or make it easier so we are hoping this is introduced into the system. We suggest getting ahead of the competition and implementing AI functionality to speed up manual processes like drawing review, or spec extraction. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
