Types of plans
There are plans whose limit is set by the number of contacts and others that depend on the number of sends made. In turn, there are monthly plans (by contacts or sends) and send packs without expiration.
In the case of monthly plans by contacts, what is allowed is to send an unlimited number of emails to a limited number of contacts per cycle. If you want to add new contacts, the number of new contacts must not exceed the contracted amount. Otherwise, the alternatives would be to increase the plan or wait for the next cycle, remove the contacts that were loaded and upload the new ones.
Free plan: It corresponds to accounts that have not yet contracted any service. It has access to all the functionalities of the application, except advanced automations and integration via API. It has a limit of 500 contacts and 2,000 monthly sends.
Send packs: You can purchase a send pack and use them in the time you need, as they do not expire. The larger the pack, the cheaper the unit price per send. It has access to all the functionalities of the application, except advanced automations.
Monthly plans by contacts: By choosing this modality you can make unlimited sends to your contacts, since the limit is set by the number of contacts you can upload, not the number of sends you can make. For example, if you choose a plan of 1,000 contacts, you can upload up to 1,000 email addresses and send to them as many times as you need within the same billing cycle (see more). The monthly subscription by contacts is cheaper than the plans by sends. This is our way of rewarding those who send frequently and keep their lists clean and active.
High volume plans: These are for those who have more than 50,000 contacts or make more than 50,000 monthly sends. They are ideal plans for agencies and those who need large quantities of sends per month. If these are the plans you need, contact our sales advisors.
Transactional send plans: The transactional email API allows you to send from your application replacing the traditional sending infrastructure and taking advantage of all the benefits that Perfit offers, such as monitoring openings, clicks, and bounces. The API key you will initially obtain has a plan of up to 500 monthly sends at no charge and a limit of 50 sends per hour, if you are interested in other plans, contact our sales advisors.
