"Motion Mimic Mastery with LTX, but Speed Needs Work"
What do you like best about LTX?

I really like that LTX provides multiple different tools in one platform, which makes it super convenient for me to use. I appreciate the character consistency and the lip sync features as they get it right on, especially with motion control. It's a relief because on other platforms, the lip sync doesn't work well, making it hard for me to create the content I want. With LTX, once I make a video, I'm excited and confident to put it out there. Also, setting it up was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LTX?

The speed that it takes to get the videos ready for motion mimic is kinda way too long. It's time lengthy. I leave the whole website and go do something else, in the meantime, hoping it's done when I come back because it takes a good little amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does NOT make Script-To-Screen, more like Script-To-Slideshow"
What do you like best about LTX?

The WYSIWYG storyboard-first design is better than a chatbot, but they seem to have just copied it from Saga.

It's good they integrated Veo 3 because their native AI Model for video has been unusable since the Beta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LTX?

I was told this can make a real movie, but as a filmmaker I can tell you - in no way - can this make a movie someone would enjoy to watch (let alone pay to watch). I've been using it since the Beta and it makes these like slideshows with a voiceover... no story, no character arcs, no plot twists, just an AI created slop video. I've been following and searching since it launched and there has not been one movie made on this app that's gone viral or won an AI Film competition. The company that makes it don't have experience in film, it looks like they just ripped the design for Saga and raced to add as many features as possible - making it overwhelming, confusing, and hard to use. I got a free code but it wasn't applying and when I reached out to customer support, I never heard back. They don't seem to care or post on their own Discord either. It's expensive so I recommend you pass and try Google Flow instead! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts - we genuinely value hearing from filmmakers who are hands-on with the tools. LTX Studio is still growing, and while the technology is new (and not every output feels like a finished film just yet), we’ve already seen creators do some amazing things with it. In fact, films made in LTX Studio have gone on to win international AI film competitions including a recent win at Runway’s Global Competition - which shows the potential is very real.

Our vision is to build LTX Studio with filmmakers, not just for them. It’s not meant to replace traditional filmcraft, but rather to give creators a powerful space for ideation, prototyping, and, with the right vision, even fully realized projects. We’re excited about where this is headed and can’t wait to keep making it better. Hope you’ll stay tuned for what’s coming next but if you ever need any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@ltx.studio
