I've been using Dexis Imaging for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my practice. The image quality is excellent—clear, sharp, and precise—which makes it so much easier to spot even the smallest issues. It's definitely helped with diagnosing problems earlier and more accurately.
The software is pretty easy to navigate, which is a big plus. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time learning how to use it, and it integrates smoothly with my other systems. The images load fast, and I love that I can make adjustments and enhancements directly within the software.
On top of that, their customer service has been really solid. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to help and always provide useful info.
For me, the best part is how it improves patient communication. Being able to show them exactly what’s going on with high-quality images gives them a better understanding and builds trust. Dexis sensor pricing can be costly, and the sensors also tend to break fairly often. The hardware feels like it could use improvement, especially around the USB plug area. We’ve had a couple of sensors fail because the USB plug broke and/or the wires started fraying. On top of that, the Dexis warranty is very expensive, and in my opinion it isn’t worth purchasing.
