The whitelabel ticketing is the main thing — our attendees check out on our site, with our branding. We also sell on Eventbrite and a couple partner sites, and everything shows up in the same dashboard so we're not logging in everywhere. Scanning Eventbrite tickets through the same app at the gate was something we didn't expect but it's been really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile experience could use some work. We manage most things from desktop which is fine, but on event day you're sometimes on your phone and it's not as clean.
Also onboarding could be smoother. There's a lot the platform can do and it's not always obvious where to start. Once you're set up it's fine, but the first week took some trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
