# What platform provides multi-language lead capture forms?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">As an MNC looking to expand our lead capture efforts I was wondering what<strong> </strong>platform provides multi-language lead capture forms? The hard part for us is separating simple interface translation from truly usable multilingual lead capture. Some tools support multiple languages on paper, while others are better at localized forms, regional campaigns, routing, and keeping the data structure consistent once responses hit the rest of the stack. I looked at G2s <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/lead-capture"><strong>Lead Capture Software</strong></a> category and the first three that stand out are <strong>Typeform</strong>, <strong>Jotform</strong>, and <strong>Outgrow</strong>.</p><ul>

We also found that the best-performing multilingual forms were those in which the follow-up matched the form experience. For example, if someone fills out a Spanish form and then receives an English email or is routed to the wrong region, conversion drops quickly.

The hardest part for us was actually keeping CRM fields standardized once forms were localized. It’s easy for different regions to request custom fields or slightly different answer formats, and that starts breaking reporting fast. Good lead capture is about the structure behind the form.
