# What are the top platforms for combining recognition and rewards programs?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m trying to find the top platforms for combining recognition and rewards programs from a program design perspective. Based on what we’re seeing across the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/employee-experience">Employee Experience category</a>, the major challenge is keeping these recognition programs relevant.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>What we’re hoping to find:</strong></p><ul>
<li>High participation without forcing usage</li>
<li>Rewards that feel meaningful across roles and regions</li>
<li>Recognition that aligns with company values</li>
<li>Visibility into program impact (engagement, retention, etc.)</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are the platforms that seem to approach this differently:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/achievers/reviews">Achievers</a>: Designed to connect recognition to behavior and outcomes, with reporting that ties programs to engagement metrics.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/vantage-circle/reviews">Vantage Circle</a>: Offers a wide range of rewards and redemption options, which helps sustain long-term engagement across teams.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/nectar/reviews">Nectar</a>: Focuses on consistent, everyday recognition with integrations that make participation easier.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workhuman-social-recognition/reviews">Workhuman</a>: Emphasizes recognition as a cultural system, with rewards supporting that layer.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/guusto/reviews">Guusto</a>: More focused on tangible rewards, especially for frontline or distributed teams.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Would love to hear:</p><ul>
<li>What actually sustained engagement in your program after launch?</li>
<li>And did rewards ever become expected rather than meaningful?</li>
</ul>

&lt;p&gt;Curious how teams are balancing frequency and meaning here. Have you seen recognition lose impact when it becomes too routine?&lt;/p&gt;
