# What are the best AI tools for hands-free business task management?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi all, lately I’ve been juggling a multitude of repetitive tasks, including scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, and even simple data entry. I’m looking for AI tools that can <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ai-voice-assistants"><strong>help me manage these tasks hands-free</strong></a> (preferably voice-enabled or trigger-based). I run a small operations team, and we need something that <em>really</em> takes the burden off without requiring a ton of setup.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been looking into a few platforms that seem promising:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/genesys-cloud-cx/reviews"><strong>Genesys Cloud CX</strong></a><strong> </strong>appears to offer strong automated workflows and voice integrations, particularly for operational support.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/kore-ai/reviews"><strong>Kore.ai</strong></a><strong> </strong>seems to be capable of handling complex task flows and triggers.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/jotform-ai-agents/reviews"><strong>Jotform AI Agents</strong></a> are interesting for automating data collection and approvals.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/retell-ai/reviews"><strong>Retell AI</strong></a> seems lightweight and good for task summaries or reminders.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/synthflow/reviews"><strong>Synthflow</strong></a> is curious whether its voice automation workflows can actually manage tasks end-to-end.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/elevenlabsio/reviews"><strong>ElevenLabs has</strong></a><strong> </strong>more voice generation, but it could be useful for voice task prompts or alerts.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For anyone using these (or other) tools:</p><ul>
<li>Did they significantly reduce the time you spend on recurring tasks?</li>
<li>How easy was the initial setup and integration with your existing stack (e.g., calendars, Slack, email)?</li>
<li>Does the voice/hands-free component actually work well in real environments (noisy offices, field work, etc.)?</li>
<li>Any hidden costs you ran into once you scaled workflows or started automating more complex processes?</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Really appreciate insights from folks who’ve lived this.</p>
