I have used ElevenLabs for automations, great for voice quality, sounds way more natural than most
but you still need something else for creating better workflows

Jotform AI Agents actually worked better than expected for internal use cases. We used it for handling structured requests, and it saved time right away. It’s not meant for complex conversations, but it does the basics well.

In voice-enabled workflows specifically, most of our post-launch effort went into fixing how the assistant hands off actions to backend systems. The conversation part worked, but ensuring bookings, updates, and follow-ups are executed correctly took work.

I have seen that if you’re using something like Retell or Voiceflow, the real work after launch is making sure the voice layer and workflow engine stay tightly aligned, otherwise you get correct conversations but incorrect outcomes.

Especially in enterprise setups, compliance review becomes a major ongoing task. Every workflow change needs validation, especially if the assistant is customer-facing or handling sensitive data.
