<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m comparing options in G2’s<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/enterprise-social-networking-esn"> <strong>Best ESN software for knowledge sharing</strong></a> category because our internal docs/live threads are scattered, and I’m trying to figure out which ESN tools actually help people <em>find and reuse</em> knowledge (not just post updates).</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">See below for my top software list:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workvivo/reviews"><strong>Workvivo </strong></a>: Internal comms and community feed that supports posts, groups, and content discovery. Often used to keep “what we know” visible through updates, highlights, and employee communities.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/viva-engage/reviews"><strong>Viva Engage </strong></a>: Microsoft’s ESN for company-wide communities and discussion threads. Fits orgs already in M365 that want social-style knowledge sharing across departments.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/jive/reviews"><strong>Jive </strong></a>: Intranet and collaboration hub with communities, content, and knowledge workflows. Common when teams want a structured place for “official” knowledge plus discussion.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/interact/reviews"><strong>Interact </strong></a>: Intranet platform with document libraries and controlled publishing workflows. Useful when knowledge sharing needs governance (approved content, versioning, findability).</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/happeo/reviews"><strong>Happeo </strong></a>: Digital workplace with pages or channels that blend comms and searchable resources.Often used when teams want a central home for knowledge plus social engagement.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’ve used any of these, which ESN actually improved knowledge reuse and what made the biggest difference?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>
