Instantly felt the most proactive to us because it gives signals like domain health and warm-up performance. It’s useful if you’re running outbound campaigns and need to actively manage deliverability rather than just monitor it.

We’ve integrated deliverability into our marketing stack, and the biggest difference wasn’t immediate performance improvement, it was visibility into what was going wrong. It didn’t magically reduce spam rates, but it made it much easier to spot patterns like poor engagement, bad segments, or domain issues early.

Regarding the question, integrating deliverability didn’t directly reduce our spam rates. What it did was help us change behavior (clean lists, adjust send frequency, and improve targeting), which, in turn, improved results.

One thing that helped us was separating reputation monitoring from deliverability troubleshooting. Constant Contact is solid for the former if you're doing opt-in marketing, mainly because it surfaces sender score visibility without needing a separate tool. But for teams running outbound at volume, you'll likely need something more dedicated, like Instantly, alongside it.

### Comment 5

We have used Instantly for reputation tracking across a few domains, and it has been useful for day-to-day monitoring. It helped us catch domain health changes early enough to adjust sending volume or pause sequences before they turned into bigger delivery issues.

That said, it worked best when the sending setup was already in a good place. It was helpful for monitoring, but not something that could fix a cold or already damaged domain on its own.
