Unopened Diskussionen

I notice that about half the emails sent thru Muck Rack are not even opened, probably because they have gone in the Spam folder. I have found that if return-receipt is requested, the email is unlikely to go in Spam folder. Why does Much Rack not give Option to request such receipts?
