Sometimes they have trouble navigating the platform and using all of the tools.

It would be helpful for a user to use a part of the system as a personal clipboard in which files are pre-uploaded and shared with audience on demand. That would accelerate the upload time during a session and increase the bandwidth allocated for streaming.

I am yet to find a better service than zoom, however, I am curious if anything better exists. If you are aware of, please let me know.

I am sharing audio only in my meeting (Share screen > Advanced > Music or Computer Audio Only) but it transmits only in mono sound, or that's how attendees hear it.
