My team is currently using Salesloft and PipeDrive and we are strongly considering transitioning to Hubspot as our CRM. I'm all ears to any advice on the Hubspot & Salesloft integration along with best practices.

So currently when you set up cadences it moves you onto the next steps based on days. If we could setup cadences based on task completion and time and then it would show the next one that would be a game-changer?

For importing the leads, some where we are using the data which we are having in the excel files. we cannot directly import the google sheet data or excel data in the zoho CRM software. It might be great if you are using the software

As I mentioned before, there was a situation where a message was erased after viewing it and I could not find a way to communicate with the organizer of the message. I know there's a way for us to contact Mindtickle, but I don't believe it was an issue Mindtickle could've resolved.

When call is answered we miss to record 3 sec in the beginning of the call - when we listen to recording we do not hear them - please assist on this at that would be much helpful as we greet customers in those starting sec and we miss them
