I'm new : ) So I've spotted several times now no invoice was created by a reaccurining invoice template. This seems like big trouble. I could send hours every month looking for missing invoices. Is there a way to receive notice of errors like this?

Even if a particular task was marked as completed one or two months ago, it shows up again and again as overdue. So this action takes additional time to mark it as completed again and, in a way, doesn't give the real situation regarding the number of tasks that need to get done.

We currently sort shipments by date and sort the sheet that way, but the date of shipped items are all the same and not the actual date. Sorting helps the shipments group to the same sheet section. I want to find a way to move completed shipments to one spot by categorizing them as "shipped."

If note taking is not the purpose of Smartsheet, I totally understand. But could be interesting to be able to connect a sheet of notes to a Smartsheet.

I'd like to have data flow into SmartSheet, and if possible, I'd really like it to flow back to the SQL db. We're currently looking into an API to make this happen, but if there's a better solution, I'd love to explore it.
