I like how Stampli makes the approval process streamlined, allowing users to see who needs to approve invoices. Coding invoices is very straightforward, and exporting to our ERP system is a breeze. I appreciate the ease of use with Stampli, especially the straightforward UI. I also value the ability for vendors to email invoices and check their status, which eliminates the paper waste from printing and scanning invoices. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy to adapt.

Easy to use and easy to understand very clear

I like how Stampli's approval workflow removes the need to email people about invoices, which makes my job easier. The AI bot that pre-fills invoices really saves time, especially for coding repeat invoices, which is a huge help. Setting up Stampli was very easy; it only took 1-2 days. We use it with our accounting system, Sage, and it quickens and secures the process of onboarding vendors and getting invoices approved.
