Next, I will talk about interacting with the platform. I would most like to mention working with the database and segments - it's always an interesting puzzle where you can use filters to put together a custom set of contacts for the campaign you need. Working with mailings via channels - SMS, email, WA - is generally intuitive, pleasantly interactive, and rest assured, the constant changes in the interface will keep you from getting bored :)
