I use ClickUp to manage my projects, and I appreciate its open format, which allows me to fit the app to my needs without any obstacles. I also like that ClickUp doesn't limit me with attachments to tasks or additional documents, making it versatile for various needs.

I really like the ease of integration with ClickUp, especially how I can attach a Gmail to a task card and refer back to it later. It's fantastic for keeping my Gmail inbox empty because I don't just leave an email in my inbox and hope to get back to it later. With ClickUp, I can go ahead and create a task with it or assign it to an existing task, clearing it out of my inbox and knowing with confidence that I'll see it again during the week as I work through my tasks. My boss showed me how to set this up, and after figuring it out, I was completely hooked. Having a zero inbox policy is difficult, but with ClickUp, it's possible as it prevents things from slipping through the cracks. It's extremely valuable.
