
I really love the visual board view for managing our pipelines. It’s incredibly clean and intuitive without feeling bloated like some of the massive enterprise CRMs. I can drag and drop deals between stages, see exactly what my pipeline value is at a glance, and quickly add tasks or notes without having to click through five different menus. While the platform is very intuitive, it lacks the deep customisation options you might find in larger enterprise CRMs. Setting up highly specific custom fields or trying to build out complex, flexible deal stages for unique sales workflows can feel limiting.
