They were open to changes, even mid-way, and didn’t make it complicated when I asked for adjustments. Communication stayed clear throughout, and I always knew what stage the project was at. They also paid attention to small details on the site that I hadn’t even pointed out, which made the final result feel more complete and aligned with my idea.
