I’ve been a long-time user of DocuSign, so switching platforms wasn’t something I took lightly. That said, I couldn’t be happier that our IT director introduced us to BoldSign.

The platform is very simple and intuitive to use, everything just makes sense without needing a lot of training or setup. It’s been a smooth transition for our team, and we’ve had zero issues getting up and running.

What really stands out is their customer support. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help, their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.

I’d like the add-ons to be available across all tiers, not limited to only certain plans. I’d also like a feature that lets me create forms directly within Boldsign. Finally, it would be helpful if parts of the e-signature experience allowed users to set defaults—such as a default font or other items—so I don’t have to change those settings every time. I like BoldSign because it automates the KYC process and standardizes the documents I get. The UI is very simple and straightforward, which aligns well with my use case, making it pretty easy to just start using. BoldSign is simple and intuitive. Before BoldSign, I had never heard of...let alone created bulk links before. Even I was able to set up bulk links...and without a tutorial. Our application of bulk links was for application document signatures for a large quantity of applicants. It was honestly very challenging to come up with anything to critique. If anything, BoldSign could improve instructions/documentation concerning how, when choosing an already created template that contains required signatures for both Signer and Co-signer, a Co-signer signature can be removed. It is a little confusing when creating a new template for a form that requires signatures for Co-applicants (i.e. do I make 2 separate templates - one template for Signer and another one for Co-applicants?, OR do I create one template where Signer's signature is required (*), but Co-signer's signature is not required...but then again, I also require both signatures for Co-applicants, so..., etc.). I was able to figure out that you can remove a co-signature when using template you created with required signatures of co-applicants. However, this wasn't as clear as I feel it could have been. Ich habe auf einen kostenpflichtigen Plan umgestellt, in der Annahme, dass ich damit den Link zur Massenunterzeichnung von Vorlagen nutzen könnte, und war enttäuscht, als ich feststellte, dass es die NÄCHSTE Stufe über der von mir gerade gekauften war, die die Massenunterzeichnung von Vorlagen ermöglichte. Ich würde sagen, dass es hilfreich wäre, die Einschränkungen jeder Stufe, zu der man upgraden kann, klarer darzustellen, da ich nicht denke, dass es mir sehr klar war, dass ich den Massenunterzeichnungslink mit dem von mir bezahlten Plan nicht nutzen konnte; andernfalls hätte ich wahrscheinlich nicht dafür bezahlt. Entweder das, oder machen Sie den Massenunterzeichnungslink für alle kostenpflichtigen Stufen verfügbar, da dies wie ein ziemlich grundlegendes Upgrade erscheint. BoldSign has helped us scale our business by enabling mobile contract signing through its mobile UI/UX . Allowing us to integrate desktop and mobile phones both as a point of contract signing it’s made it easier for us get them signed on the fly, while also letting us connect with more people in a way that feels familiar to them. Although mobile signatures are great, I think we’re still a ways away from them being useful for a generation that isn’t as familiar with technology. I use BoldSign for university and academic purposes, and it allows me to get verified, real signatures on documents I create or from templates really easily. I like the simplicity and ease of use since I wasn't confused once during it at all. It works well with any document type, allowing me to drag and drop components where I want onto any documents I have. The overall experience is much more cleaner than Docusign. For example, the font stays the same throughout the document without having to remember to change it, radio button is great, it lines up perfectly on the form, the signed document comes out much better looking than the ones from Docusign.
