The ability to share access with co-workers and association volunteers saves me tons of time. I can set up accounts for additional users who can log in and manage campaigns, freeing me up to focus on other work. Recurring donations have become a huge portion of our annual donation revenue. Also, I love that 4aGoodCause is constantly implementing improvements and communicates these changes effectively. If ever there's an issue, their response is quick with solutions. I love the outstanding and responsive tech support, as they respond very quickly and are eager to learn how to improve the platform. The helpful webinars he offers have helped me gain skills I didn't have before in raising money for our nonprofit. His willingness to join our staff and board meetings on Zoom to provide specific training has been invaluable for our organization's efficiency. I like that the software is easy to use, even for people with limited technological skills. The switch to 4aGoodCause was very easy, and now almost my entire staff can use it.
