Yes, you can add more than one hundred people to Zoom by subscribing to one of Zoom's paid plans and not all paid plans in Zoom offer the possibility of organizing meetings with more than 100 members (without a plug-in).
Zoom offers three paid plans with additional features, of which only two offer support for organizations with larger members.
The entry level Zoom Pro offers the same support for 100 participants as the free Zoom Basic plan, but the 'Large Meeting' add-on allows you to expand your meeting with an additional 500 or 1000 participants if needed.
Zoom Business, supports up to 300 participants. The plan also includes 24-hour group meetings, personal meeting ID creation, meeting transcription, custom URLs, company branded meetings, and more.
Zoom Enterprise offers up to 500 participants in a single meeting. The plan includes all the benefits of Zoom Business with unlimited cloud storage, discounts on web seminars and Zoom Rooms, dedicated Customer Success Manager and Executive Business Reviews.

Sometimes audio is not very clear is it due to poor network

When you have a slow or unreliable Internet connection, Zoom cannot function properly. Sometimes, you may not even realize you have a connectivity problem until you try to use the service. And it's even more annoying when it happens during a major business call.
Zoom video conferencing uses a lot of bandwidth. Your device is sending a complex set of data packets to the device of the person you're trying to talk to; your device is sending data packets to them.
If your Wi-Fi connection has a momentary blink or your cellular connection fluctuates, part of the flow of those packets is interrupted. It may take a few minutes for the data to catch up.
This results in Zoom audio and video calls where audio goes in and out, where video is delayed, and where audio and video are not properly synchronized. It can also cause Zoom to be disconnected.
As mentioned above, Zoom will work as well as your Internet can work. At this time, whether you are using a laptop, desktop, or mobile device, only use one connection at a time. Although you may be connected to both WiFi and mobile data on your smart phone, you will only use one of them. Therefore, the solution for a fast, reliable and secure Internet is simple: use a secure channel-link service for your organization.

I recommend that you download the latest version of Zoom again and reinstall it.
Sometimes the problem may not be Zoom at all. If you are on a Windows 10 or MacOS device, the audio may be blocked. You can correct this by checking your application's permissions to ensure that the Zoom application or your web browser can use your audio.
You can test your audio and camera here: https://zoom.us/test following the instructions provided.
