# How can Adobe improve their support, since the only bugs that Adobe can fix is what they can replicate. I have an old long list of real issues that Adobe cannot replicate/thus not fix - not ok!

Use classic view and turn of HTML client for best use. New unlogic interface and really instable HTML client  should be totally avioded until reworked.
If you want to use your recordings in Adobe Connect as mp4 files. Use a capture tool, since Make Offline is not always functional.

Replicating issues is always hard. The best path is usually to observe and troubleshoot the issues at the source. It can be a frustrating and lengthy process.

If you are using a Hosted Solution, I recommend contacting your provider's support services; they can even use Connect to view your shared screens and help troubleshoot. If needed, they should escalate to Adobe's Support Team.

If you're using an Installed Solution (you own the servers) then you'd do the same but start with Adobe's Support Team.

Usually, this path will provide the best results. Sometimes connected services and technologies need to be upgraded or replaced. We found our issue was with our network cabling (it was unshielded).
