# Customer support is not that great why?

As i had problem last month in joining , i try to contact customer support but it was unresponsive why it is like that

Hi Akash. I think it might be due to network delays or backend issues. You can try by refreshing your internet connection and  But being unresponsive is something should be solved at the earliest.
