Virtual Classroom Software Resources

Like a bitmoji classroom. If I embed it in materials, it is just down below in the materials. I want it to be like a header at the top of the page. Is there a way to do that?

I believe Features listed below can be added in future releases of webex . I am trying to schedule recurring meetings for the first and third Thursday of the month and it seems as though Zoom used to allow this with one meeting ID. Do I now need to schedule two different meetings, which will confuse my committee?
