Since Wise decided to switch from Carta to Equiniti for the Listing on the UK public market, we did not get to experience the process using the Carta platform. What was your experience? Did you experience any issues during the listing days? Would you recommend for other startups going public?

No issues whatsoever.

What does Carta company do?

The platform helps to allocate the stock option execution timeline, schedule, and amount, as well as execute options on the end of the recipient, by paying smoothly. Also, provides a certificate, and an option to indicate beneficiaries.
