Synpria is a transportation management system built for trucking companies to simplify day-to-day operations in one platform. Synpria brings load management, trip planning, driver and fleet management, invoicing and billing, and payroll together in a single workspace. Dispatchers can create and manage loads, assign drivers, trucks, and trailers, organize trip details, and track load progress from pickup through delivery. Fleet and driver management tools help companies keep operational information organized and accessible to their team. Synpria also connects operations with the financial side of the business. Companies can manage invoices and billing, generate payroll from completed loads, and keep important load and payment information connected instead of relying on multiple disconnected systems. AI-powered tools help reduce repetitive work. Synpria can extract information from rate confirmation documents to speed up load creation and help teams access operational information faster. Synpria is designed for small and growing trucking companies that want a modern, centralized TMS without unnecessary complexity. By bringing essential trucking workflows into one system, Synpria helps reduce manual data entry and keeps dispatchers, drivers, fleet managers, and accounting teams working with the same information. The platform is built to support growing fleets as their operations expand, while keeping everyday workflows straightforward and easy to manage. Synpria gives trucking companies a central place to organize loads, equipment, drivers, billing, payroll, and operational documents, helping teams spend less time switching between separate tools and more time managing their business.

TrakkHQ is transport management and dispatch software for Australian transport operators, schedulers and businesses that run their own trucks. Jobs go on a scheduler and ops board, and drivers get a phone app with multi-stop jobs, pre-start checks, a timeclock and proof of delivery photos and signatures. The office sees every truck on a live GPS map, with waiting timers and run sheets. Finished jobs become invoices in Xero, and customers get their own portal to request deliveries, track trucks and see PODs and invoices. Linked carriers can pass jobs between companies, and subcontractors are paid through RCTI pay runs. Higher plans add a workshop and fleet register, driver and fuel scorecards, training, quotes and leads, and an API. Every plan includes unlimited office users and drivers, with no cap on trucks. TrakkHQ was built inside a working Melbourne transport company and is used there every day.
