As of now, we use dashboard to see the score trend or contact count and this trend we can see in a line graph.We can only see the data labels once we hover the mouse on data point and whenever we export the created dashboard in PDF format we can not see any data label which makes the task difficult while explaining the data with help of this dashboard. So may I know How can I keep the data label while exporting the dashboard in pdf format?
The small business that I worked with are requiring for us to submit the total calls and contacts to a certain campaigns that we are assigned to. I would be more convenient if the dashboard shows the details that we are asking for. It requires for us to download a spreadsheet to give us the total calls we made. Not a big deal but will definitely gives convenience to us.
Currently Talkdesk callback function does not allow a caller to specify to which number to receive a call back at. It sounds like this function was designed mostly around the mobile user use case. The issue with this is a calling party might be blocking caller ID and without a return call phone number collection there is no way for Talkdesk to callback the customer.
