Question on: SOCi
How are you using SOCi analytics and scheduling to manage distribution across channels?
SOCi stands out for its functionality, analytics, and ease of use, especially for a growing small business. The biggest benefit has been saving time by distributing content across all channels and scheduling ahead. For those using SOCi, what workflows or scheduling habits have helped you get the most value from its analytics and multi-channel distribution?
Managing and responding to Google reviews from one platform is by far the most convenient tool for us. We pull reports weekly by location of our reviews.
We've also received a lot of value from SOCi's scheduling capabilities. We typically schedule our Google Business Profile and Meta posts about a month in advance, which keeps our marketing consistent without requiring daily attention. Being able to distribute the same content across multiple channels, while customizing it dynamically where needed, has streamlined our workflow considerably.

Question on: SOCi
I keep hearing about SOCi
What is SOCi and what does it do?
SOCi is the Agentic Workforce built for multi-location brands and franchise systems. It's not software you manage, it's work that gets done. SOCi's brand-trained Genius Agents autonomously execute local marketing work across AI search, social, reputation, and GEO ecosystems at every location, every day, without requiring a team to run it manually.
SOCi's core purpose is to help distributed enterprises, those operating dozens, hundreds, or thousands of locations, maintain brand consistency while driving local visibility and revenue at scale. Instead of each franchise owner or location manager manually logging into separate tools for Google Business Profile, social media, review monitoring, and local SEO, SOCi's Genius Agents handle that work for them. Trusted by brands like Ford, Ace Hardware, and Liberty Tax, and recognized by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies, SOCi transforms how multi-location brands get found — intelligently, consistently, and at every location.

How does SOCi handle brand consistency at the local level?
This is the core operational tension SOCi is built to resolve: corporate brand standards and local execution can't trade off against each other.
The way it works in practice is through how the Genius Agents are trained. Before deployment, each brand's Agents are trained on its guidelines, voice, approved messaging, and content standards. That intelligence governs what the agents produce at every location, without requiring corporate to review each individual piece of content.
Corporate teams set the parameters. Location teams can customize within them — adding local context, responding to their community — without going off-brand. The Agents handle the continuous execution in between.
For teams managing hundreds or thousands of locations, this matters practically. G2 reviewers in franchise and enterprise settings describe being able to maintain brand standards across their entire network without a dedicated person managing each location's digital presence individually. The Agents keep the work moving, on brand, at every location.
If brand control is a concern, it's worth asking how approval workflows are configured. SOCi allows both gated review before publishing and fully autonomous publishing depending on what each location's situation calls for.
