CRA Evidence

CRA Evidence is the EU Cyber Resilience Act compliance platform for manufacturers, importers, and distributors. The CRA enters full application in December 2027. Products with digital elements placed on the EU market will require a technical file under Annex VII, an EU Declaration of Conformity, ten years of documentation under Article 13, and incident reporting to ENISA under Article 14. Non-compliance carries fines of up to €15M or 2.5% of global turnover. 🔹 SBOM Management. Ingest CycloneDX 1.4+ and SPDX 2.3+, scored against BSI TR-03183, with HBOM support for embedded systems. 🔹 Vulnerability Knowledge Base. Own VKB synced every 15 minutes from NVD, OSV.dev, GitHub Advisories, and CISA KEV, with an independent scanner as a second detection layer. 🔹 Exploit-Driven Prioritization. Findings enriched with EPSS from FIRST.org and CISA KEV, so remediation follows real-world exploitation likelihood, not raw CVSS. 🔹 VEX Automation. VEX statements generated per finding, so non-exploitable CVEs are documented and shared with downstream consumers in machine-readable form. 🔹 Technical File Generation. Annex VII packages, EU Declaration of Conformity, Annex II Security Data Sheets, and CE marking records produced as signed PDFs. 🔹 ENISA Reporting Workflow. Structured 24h/72h/14d notification timelines with deadline tracking and submission receipts. 🔹 Supplier & Importer Portal. Collect SBOMs and conformity declarations from upstream suppliers, so importers and distributors verify compliance before placing products on the EU market. 🔹 CI/CD Integration. CLI publishes SBOMs and release metadata directly from your build pipeline. 🔹 Digital Product Passports. QR-linked passports for physical product labelling. Trusted by manufacturers, importers, and distributors to meet CRA obligations and stay aligned with NIS2, RED, and the Machinery Regulation.

cSquare GRC

Your first framework is the one everyone solves. The next one is where programs break, because most GRC tools store and list, they don't reason. cSquare GRC authors controls directly from structured regulatory intelligence, maps new obligations onto controls you already operate, and keeps the mapping current when the rule changes. Every requirement is cited back to its source instrument, the article, section or clause, so an auditor can trace a control to the regulation behind it. Coverage spans 60 frameworks, with 2,074 requirements carrying citations, and regulatory data across 147 jurisdictions. Connect your stack and evidence collects itself against the controls that need it. Draft policies grounded in the obligations they answer to. Model processes, build workflows with AI agents on any node, and monitor controls continuously rather than reassessing annually. Built for teams past their first framework: security, compliance and risk leaders in regulated industries who have run out of room in a spreadsheet.

CVDPortal

CVD Portal is a compliance platform for the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847). It helps manufacturers of hardware and software products with digital elements meet every CRA obligation from one product record, from classification to Article 14 vulnerability reporting. From 11 September 2026, manufacturers must report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents to ENISA and the national CSIRT, with a 24 hour early warning, a 72 hour notification and a final report. From 11 December 2027, the full regulation applies, including the Annex I essential requirements, the technical documentation, the EU Declaration of Conformity and CE marking. What CVD Portal does: - Product classification. A free classifier resolves each product to default, important Class I, important Class II or critical under Annex III and Annex IV, and derives the Article 32 conformity route. - Coordinated vulnerability disclosure. A free whitelabel disclosure portal under your own brand, with a hosted RFC 9116 security.txt, PGP support and 48 hour acknowledgment tracking. - Article 14 reporting. Timers for the 24 hour, 72 hour and final report deadlines, and filing packages prepared for the ENISA Single Reporting Platform. The final submission to the authority stays a human action. - Risk assessment. A STRIDE risk assessment per product, with likelihood and impact scoring, mapped to the Annex I requirements it makes applicable. - Annex I and technical documentation. An applicability decision for every Annex I requirement, with evidence or a justification, and the Annex VII technical file, the EU Declaration of Conformity and the simplified declaration generated from the same record. - SBOM and advisories. SBOM import in SPDX 2.3 and CycloneDX 1.6, component vulnerability matching, and CSAF 2.0 advisories with VEX. - Audit trail. A hash-chained audit log and point-in-time snapshots of the technical file for each release. - Cross-framework evidence. Controls mapped to ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and NIST CSF 2.0, so evidence is collected once. Who uses it: product security, compliance and engineering teams at manufacturers that place connected devices, industrial equipment or software on the EU market, and the consultants who support them. Data residency: customer data, analytics and logs stay in the European Union on every plan. CVD Portal is built by Porta Regulus B.V. in Amsterdam. Pricing: the Free plan costs €0 per month and covers the disclosure portal. Reporting is €99 per month and Compliance is €299 per month. Enterprise pricing is on request. New accounts get a 14 day free trial of the paid features.
