One thing you can try is disabling desktop backgrounds and also turning color down to 16-bit versus 32-bit, set all your display settings within TeamViewer to optimize for performance instead of quality. Make sure you are set to use UDP. I connect to various devices over cellular regularly and I usually don't have many problems aside from a little bit of lag occasionally.

It doesn't. Most of the time it doesn't establish the connection and when it does it's very laggy and choppy. Even on a fast connection it's choppy and blurry. I don't recommend Teamviewer.
