Question on: Miro
Does Miro use board content to train AI models, and can we block AI on sensitive boards?
Our CISO is asking for explicit clarification before we roll out Miro AI enterprise-wide. Are our boards or prompt inputs used to train Miro’s underlying LLMs? Also, what controls do admins have if we want to restrict AI on boards containing confidential architecture diagrams?
Data submitted through Miro AI capabilities is processed solely to generate a response from the AI model and return it to the user.
🛡️ Controls for sensitive workspaces
Board & workspace toggles: Admins can turn off Miro AI features globally, or enable them only for specific teams from the Admin Console.
Block AI via Guardrails: With Enterprise Guard and Intelligent Guardrails, admins can block all Miro AI usage on boards classified as sensitive so AI can’t be invoked there.
Prompt protections: Enterprise Guard prompt blocking and Azure-based moderation help prevent prompts with sensitive data or harmful content from being processed.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): For certain AI features, you can bring your own model access via your own API key so prompts are evaluated by your approved provider.

Question on: Adobe XD
What is Adobe XD used for?
What is Adobe XD used for?
web and app design. to go from a blank white screen to a wireframe to a prototype to the final design of your app/website.
Adobe XD is used for designing and prototyping user interfaces (UI) for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
In simple terms, it’s a tool that helps designers create, test, and share interactive layouts before development begins. You can start with wireframes (the basic structure), move into full visual designs, and then build clickable prototypes that simulate how the app or website will behave.
It’s widely used for:
UI design: Creating the visual layout of screens and pages.
UX design: Designing user flows and testing how people interact with an app or website.
Prototyping: Building realistic, interactive previews without coding.
Collaboration: Sharing designs with clients or developers for feedback and handoff.
In short, Adobe XD bridges the gap between design ideas and functional experiences, making it easier to visualize and refine digital products before they’re built.

Question on: Voiceflow
What is Voiceflow used for?
What is Voiceflow used for?
It is a chatbot software to build text or voice chatbots. You can use building blocks like LLMs, knowledge base, intents, logic (no code); use buttons, pictures,... and also add javascript code if you want to. You can also use APIs...in my opinion it is one of the most flexible and comprehensive chatbot tools on the market.
