G2 Launches New Attribute for Its Heatmap Tools Category

Question on: Heap
How does Auryc define a session?
A session is the period of time a user interacts with your website or app. Interactions include pageviews, clicks/taps, swipes, tab changes, moving an app into the background, and spans of inactivity (periods when a user does not exhibit any actions).
Web sessions begin when a user lands on their first page and end when a user closes the window or has a period of inactivity lasting longer than 30 minutes. During a web session, Auryc will consolidate every click, pageview, and tab change into a single session as long as the user stays within the same browser. If a user opens the same URL in two different browsers (Chrome and Safari), then Auryc will track this behavior in two separate sessions.
Native app sessions begin when a user opens the application, and end when a user closes the app or has a period of inactivity lasting longer than 3 minutes.
