I spent 3 hours with a live chat assistant trying to get the chat box to pop up to permit the proctor to have access to my macbook computer but a chat box was never provided to me and the live chat assistant could not figure out the issue. Due to this error on the proctorus side, I lost the $180 to take the test because I was never able to take the test. An investigation was launched into proctoru where they came back saying it was a connection issue which three hours talking to a live chat assistant would show proof that that is not indeed the case, the proctoru website simply would not provide me with a chat box to give me access, which is the websites fault and not mine. My connection was perfect and everything else was working perfectly on my side. FAIR QUESTION. Why DO you lie? There's no way I got 5 diff proctors and they all just happened to be rude. They're coaching this.
