To send copies of all outgoing emails to the sender of those messages, enable Send a copy to message sender plugin (https://github.com/afterlogic/aurora-module-mail-bcc-to-sender-plugin). This setting is global for all users. Note that "Save replied messages to the current folder" setting in the user's account must be turned off. Otherwise, users will get two copies in case of replying to messages.

It is possible to move WebMail Pro 8 installation to a different server by performing the following steps. Export full structure and content of MySQL database used by WebMail Pro 8, tools like phpMyAdmin can do that for you. On a new server, create the database for use with WebMail Pro 8 and import structure and content into it. Copy all the directories and files of WebMail Pro 8 installation to a new server. Make sure database connection details are supplied correctly, you can adjust those in the admin interface or by editing data/settings/config.json file directly. Make sure the data directory is set recursively writeable by the web server on the new installation.
