Please click on File --> Accounts Information --> Account Settings --> Select the desired account --> Remove.
Later you can add same or another account following the same process.
If your existing account is IMAP, all email/ contacts will be removed, if you want to keep them, make a backup. If your existing account is POP, email/ contacts will remain in he associated data file. If you wish to remove them, create a new data file, set it as default, restart Outlook and right click data file and remove. The file will be removed from Outlook but will remain on the computer. If you want to remove, find Outlook files folder in my documents (if you didn't change it) and delete. Hope it helps.

We have an option to block an email by simply selecting the "More" options after opening a mail. You will be shown a list of options from the dropdown, where we have the option "Block "sdfjhsfgg"" for the received mail. We also have filter options in the gmail settings too which we can use to filter the mails which you are receiving from a particular mail id or domain.
