If you want to add hidden recipients to every message your users send, use Supply additional recipient plugin. https://github.com/afterlogic/aurora-module-mail-hidden-recipient-plugin

To send copies of all outgoing emails to the sender of those messages, enable Send a copy to message sender plugin (https://github.com/afterlogic/aurora-module-mail-bcc-to-sender-plugin). This setting is global for all users. Note that "Save replied messages to the current folder" setting in the user's account must be turned off. Otherwise, users will get two copies in case of replying to messages.
