Email Tracking Software Resources

We experienced the same issues. A Google search shows that this is a very common issue. They even have a knowledge base article addressing it. But it never fixes the issue. When the product works it works well, but when it doesn't it doesn't. We used Cirrus Insight for several years and saw a lot of value. The reliability of the platform and level of support has declined drastically over the last few years, though. It takes days, sometimes weeks to get a reply. And when you do get a reply, it's never an answer, just more deflection. After months of back and forth with support about various issues we've had that they couldn't address, we're trying to terminate our contract.

I find it very reliable. I do all my correspondence with recruits and leads using Gmail and Cirrus Insight. I like the email tools in Gmail over the plain Jane email in Salesforce (SF). Once you refresh SF, all of the work done in CI is contained on the appropriate record. The only glitch I sometimes see is attachments to the emails don't make it over but you do get an error message so you know you need to fix it.
