# Why does the outlook plugin frequently logout/not load?

I have frequent issues with Cirrus insight client within Outlook. It fails to consistently automatically log emails to salesforce.

We experienced the same issues. A Google search shows that this is a very common issue. They even have a knowledge base article addressing it. But it never fixes the issue.

When the product works it works well, but when it doesn't it doesn't. We used Cirrus Insight for several years and saw a lot of value. The reliability of the platform and level of support has declined drastically over the last few years, though. It takes days, sometimes weeks to get a reply. And when you do get a reply, it's never an answer, just more deflection. After months of back and forth with support about various issues we've had that they couldn't address, we're trying to terminate our contract.

Had the same issue and was advised it was an internet explorer issue. Was never able to get issue resolved on my corporate issues as our IT would not allow the necessary modifications to be made to resolve issue.
