Hi, Nate! I run a company that specifically builds tech solutions for real estate teams and agents, and one of the services we offer is creating full automated workspaces inside NetHunt for transaction & listing management. We also use NetHunt for our own pipeline of projects. As a brief answer to your question, we have folders for transactions, allied resources (co-op agents, lenders, title officers etc), and companies (brokerages, mortgage companies, title offices). Each record in NH is a transaction, and we smart link fields like Co-Op agent to the agent's record in the Allied Resources field. Right now due to the complexity of our automations, we automate everything from emails sent to tasks assigned through Zapier, and our client automations range from just a few tasks to the entire system. Hi Alekas, thanks for the question! With A/B testing you create several options of an email that are equally distributed among the contacts on your list. Thus, all variants are sent in parallel. Once they are sent, you can see how each option performs in the dashboard and choose the best one to use in the future.
