Hi Angelo, It depends on your needs. Both CRM and Campigns can be the master database. Scenario 1. If you receive leads on CRM. You can sync those leads to Campigns to send emails to them. The information on the activity (email sent, email read, link followed) is synced back to CRM. Scenario 2. You have a database of contacts in Campaigns. You can create rules so when, for example, a contact follows a link on a email campaign is automatically created as a Lead in CRM. Hope this helps. Gabriel

Hi Ali! I am Christine from the support team! You can always customize a template from our template library inside our editor and save your edited version as a new template as well. You can also create your own template from scratch using our editor and save it in our template library in order to use it in your future campaigns. Same applies to the imported templates, but in that case you can only edit your HTML code from the import campaign tab.
