Hello Ana Maria! In what way are you trying to send the SMS campaign? Since Zoho Campaigns cannot send SMS, I believe you are referring to the SMS-Magic product, but I'm not sure. SMS-Magic is an application for sending SMS through Zoho CRM and/or Salesforce (https://www.g2.com/products/sms-magic/reviews). There is a free trial but it expires after 7 days. It seems that an SMS-Magic license allows sending up to 1000 messages. If you can share more information about the product being used, I will try to help. There are a few things that you can do to ensure your email don't go to the spam 1. Copy - Makes sure you don't have content that trigger the spam filter. There are multiple sites on the internet that help you find these words 2. Setting DKIM & SPF records 3. Email readability - image to text ratio, background colour to text colour contrast Having said that, Zoho's campaigns are know to hit spam more often than not. We've tried the same content with multiple providers including mailchimp and have seen that the ones sent from Zoho campaigns hit spam more often than not.
