Established in 2009, Black Antelope is a digital creative agency that excels in crafting custom design, user-friendly solutions, and robust engineering. We excel in delivering highly customized solutions, particularly in areas such as site and data migration, API design and development, 3rd party integrations, and the design and development of custom applications. We are based in Seattle and Sacramento.
Much of our work lies in CMS-based sites using Drupal and WordPress, encompassing custom design, workflows, custom modules, multi-site and multi-language setups, site/content migrations, and custom web applications.
We also have deep experience with several other languages and platforms, which allows us to be objective when seeking the right solution for a project. These platforms include Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Google's Go (Golang), Django, Flask, Ruby, Vue, Node, React, and Angular. We work in many industries including higher education, government, nonprofits, enterprise / B2B, tech startups, and e-commerce.
Much of the work we do is highly custom and requires a good amount of heavy lifting, in areas such as e-commerce (Drupal Commerce, Ubercart, Magento, payment gateway integrations), site/data migration, RESTful API design and development, social media design and implementation, 3rd party integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc), design/dev of microsites and partner portals, multi-site and multi-language setups, and geospatial and geo-relevant apps (MongoDB, Solr, Elasticsearch).
