Most Admins set up G Suite for Microsoft Outlook (GSSMO), login to Outlook.com, Go to Settings (View all Outlook settings), go to Mail (Sync Email), select Gmail, Connect your Google account (so you can start importing from your Gmail), create sub-folder from your imported emails, OK, Sign in with Google (if not listed, add your account), Next (Password, next), Select Allow if prompted, Close the Settings window (Outlook.com imports emails and messages from Gmail account in the background)..make sure you meet the requirements and completed the setup and installation
