If you are logged into OneDrive, then you can earn rewards when you search on Bing.com. I've gotten quite a few free cups of coffee using those rewards ;)

As long as you are using the business version of both products then they are more or less identical products. At this point I have to give the edge to One Drive but Dropbox has released some new tools lately (Paper & Transfer) which are really great tools for teams who need share notes and large files. One Drive is becoming more powerful through its tighter integration with Sharepoint so my recommendation is that if you are already using MS products or are considering using MS products in the future then go with OneDrive as it is included at no additional cost. If you are not using MS products or are part of a team that uses mostly Apple computers then Dropbox is likely the right choice.

It depends on the application. At one time, I would have endorsed DropBox without hesitation. OneDrive has resolved their sync issues, and I find it just as reliable at this point.
OneDrive has better integration with Microsoft Office. It is a more secure and controllable platform for security management if you have Office 365 for an organization.
DropBox is easier to install and use for people who do not all use MS products. The sync is flawless. The sharing among individuals in different organizations works well.

Agree w/ gentleman Steve. I have some issues w/everyone's availability to access icloud. If you know what you're doing on the cloud- you can see a LOT.

To work out of using files, I use one drive. To hold all my photos for events, I use dropbox. Both work well on a desktop as well as cell phone.

I agree with Steve and add that Microsoft One i like better than Dropbox and is a lot like Google Drive though not as user friendly!

If you have an Office 365 subscription I am going to say One Drive is superior as you are already paying for the increase in storage. Both are comparable. If one is used to utilizing one product over the other - there will be slight differences - but pretty much function with the same end results.

I lean towards OneDrive since it has Office apps in the cloud integrated.

They are both good. Use either one. I would give an edge to OneDrive only because I use Windows/Office and OneDrive is just a natural part of it.

I preffer OneDrive because of its integration Microsoft Office tools

Question on: Google Workspace
Is that possible to see the files from multiple Google accounts simultaneously?Actually sometimes it happened i wanted to customize my fiance and my Google accounts together to not have multiple files of same document in both drives.

Yes. When a Google Drive document is shared to your Gmail, you can save it to your Drive. When you open the document, it will open in a separate tab. You can open as many different documents from Drive as you like. It is very much like using File Explorer to do so on a desktop. And, just about anything you can do with Office products you can do with Drive.

Yes, you can see. You need to login through different account on different tab of your browser or you need to switch your account.

If the file has been shared with you from another Google account you will have a 'Shared with Me' folder in your Google Drive. Conversely, you (or anyone) can create a folder in Google drive and designate people to share with per each folder then any time you add a file to that folder, it will be automatically shared with anyone who is named in that folder.

I find that a service such as Multcloud is brilliant for viewing not only google drives but OneDrive and quite a few other storage services in one place. It is free but you have to view online. I have also paid a small amount for air live drive so that I can load as many drives as I want right to my windows navigation (explorer). Air Explorer is also available and it works like multcloud but on your computer. To view many drives, you do have to pay. I love that company because they offer lifetime licenses as well as subscriptions.

Yes, Drive is all-inclusive. You can do everything from Docs (Word) and Sheets (Excel) in real-time. You simply Share the document to another remote user and you can each see what is being done to the item in real time...it's very efficient and interactive.

Hello Aayushi,
You may choose to use "Backup and Sync", application provided by Google to sync the "finance" with the google drive.
Backup and Sync is a windows/mac** only application and as of this moment Linux clients are not supported.
For Windows / Mac you may visit the following url and follow the instructions provided.
https://www.google.com/drive/download/
NOTE : ** As per documentation Google Drive Backup-Sync is for windows and mac.
Thanks and Regards
Sachin.

In Short the easiest and less complicated way to do it would be to create a share folder between both accounts and give both recipients read/write access to the folder.

I simply open Google in 2 separate browsers and windows, then log into each Google account. If I don’t want to share the information.

You have several options:
1. By using different browsers or same browser with different tabs and logging in with each of the acounts.
2. Share between the accounts.
3. Use one via the browser and the other one via the Desktop application backup and Sync from Google.
