Why don't you better the free space for new users?

There are a lot of ways to earn free space for your Dropbox account. To see how much space you've already earned, and get more:
Sign in to dropbox.com.
Click the avatar at the top of the page.
Select Settings.
If you've connected a personal and work account, select which account you'd like to see settings for.
Click the Plan tab, and scroll down to Earn more space.
Need even more space? Consider upgrading to Dropbox Plus, which has 2 TB of storage.

Is that possible to see the files from multiple Google accounts simultaneously?
Actually sometimes it happened i wanted to customize my fiance and my Google accounts together to not have multiple files of same document in both drives.

Yes. When a Google Drive document is shared to your Gmail, you can save it to your Drive. When you open the document, it will open in a separate tab. You can open as many different documents from Drive as you like. It is very much like using File Explorer to do so on a desktop. And, just about anything you can do with Office products you can do with Drive.

If the file has been shared with you from another Google account you will have a 'Shared with Me' folder in your Google Drive. Conversely, you (or anyone) can create a folder in Google drive and designate people to share with per each folder then any time you add a file to that folder, it will be automatically shared with anyone who is named in that folder.

I find that a service such as Multcloud is brilliant for viewing not only google drives but OneDrive and quite a few other storage services in one place. It is free but you have to view online. I have also paid a small amount for air live drive so that I can load as many drives as I want right to my windows navigation (explorer). Air Explorer is also available and it works like multcloud but on your computer. To view many drives, you do have to pay. I love that company because they offer lifetime licenses as well as subscriptions.

Yes, Drive is all-inclusive. You can do everything from Docs (Word) and Sheets (Excel) in real-time. You simply Share the document to another remote user and you can each see what is being done to the item in real time...it's very efficient and interactive.

Hello Aayushi,
You may choose to use "Backup and Sync", application provided by Google to sync the "finance" with the google drive.
Backup and Sync is a windows/mac** only application and as of this moment Linux clients are not supported.

You have several options:
1. By using different browsers or same browser with different tabs and logging in with each of the acounts.
2. Share between the accounts.

I think it depends on your setup as it can be setup and managed may different ways.
If you are working with ODFB in an environment with Microsoft's Active Directory, it would be best to set the settings across the environment via Group Policy, this way it is consistent and does what you need.
For users not using AD to configure centrally, my suggestions would (like that for my home PC) is:-
* If you can, turn on MFA for your Microsoft account. This helps to secure your files with an additional step outside your usual email/password combo.
* Once your client is up and running, go into the settings of ODFB, and into the Backup tab.
* Ensure your documents, desktop and pictures are set to sync with ODFB. Fix any errors with files that come up.
With that your usually most common and important folders will now be synchronised between your PC and the cloud.
If you wanted to, you could move other folders to the ODFB root folder to back them up too but you need to be careful what you put there in case it is referenced by a program. So you can't just copy say C:\Program Files\ to the ODFB folder as it will break many things.
