Create a Pardot form (Marketing > Forms > Forms > Add Form) Once complete, on the top right select the dropdown arrow next to "View Report". Click "View HTML Code" Copy this HTML code and paste it into the WordPress page of your choosing. Make sure that the WordPress page editor is set to the code version, and not the WYSIWYG editor. Save the page. Your form will be visible on the WP page and submissions will enter Pardot as new Prospects. - Ariel
