Tredict

Tredict is a training planning and analytics platform for endurance sports that helps coaches, clubs and athletes plan, execute and analyse structured training across running, cycling, swimming, triathlon and other disciplines. Coaches can build reusable structured training plans with relative targets based on capacity values like FTP, functional threshold pace and maximum heart rate. When a plan is applied to an athlete, Tredict automatically translates relative targets into the correct absolute values for that individual's fitness level. A single plan can be pushed to an entire group of athletes at once, with each athlete receiving individually calibrated targets. The platform provides automatic device sync with Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Wahoo, Polar and icTrainer for both planned workouts and completed sessions. HRV and sleep data from Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Polar and Oura Ring are integrated for recovery monitoring. Form prediction based on the Banister model calculates fitness and performance curves per sport type. Effort calculation is redundant, combining power, heart rate and pace for accurate training load. Over 90 supported metrics are available through configurable series charts, aggregation charts with variable time periods and zone distribution views. Zone management supports heart rate, power, pace and cadence zones with date-based revisions, so historical activities are always evaluated against the zones that were valid at the time of recording. For AI-assisted coaching, Tredict offers an MCP Server that connects AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Mistral directly to training data. AI models can read full training history including time series data, analyse performance, determine capacity values and create structured training plans written directly into Tredict. Interactive MCP App widgets render activity details and training plans visually inside the AI chat. Coaches can organise a plan library by type, difficulty and sport, publish plans through the Tredict marketplace and promote their services through the coaches directory. Coach accounts are free with no athlete limits. Athletes use a prepaid model with no recurring subscription. Tredict is GDPR compliant and hosted in Europe.
