Came across Sendoso while researching sending platforms on G2. One interesting shift in this space is that gifting is moving from “nice gesture” to pipeline acceleration tactic for sales teams. Are most companies using Sendoso primarily for ABM outreach, or more for customer marketing and retention?

Great question, Paul! Great observation (and we'd say it's genuinely both, and so much more) Marketing teams most commonly start with ABM and event marketing, but Sales/SDR teams are increasingly using Sendoso for pipeline generation and deal acceleration. A physical send at the right moment in a stalled deal is hard for buyers to ignore when their inbox is already overloaded. Customer marketing and retention is also a \*major\* use case. CS and CX teams use Sendoso for renewals, onboarding, advocacy and beyond. We also see People Teams and HR using Sendoso for onboarding and new hire kits and celebration work anniversaries. The use cases go on! Let us know if you'd like to chat more.

Currently, it's hard sometimes to make users login to interact or communicate with other users.

In my Suggestion, you can keep brand Quizzes, Trivia, Bounty, and scavenger Hunt (Virtually) to engage people.
